The H.P.A. Theatre Experience - with an ending production. ​​
At HPA, we pride ourselves on giving our students an educational theatre experience. Unlike community theatre, which focuses solely on the aspects of performance, we educate our students through performance. We approach rehearsals in a unique way with focusing on the students first, allowing them to learn how to act and express themselves through theatre in a safe and supportive classroom environment. With that being said we are an educational performing arts academy(school) and education in the arts is our priority and mission. Because of our mission, it sets us apart from the community theater environment and our students learn how to act in all the aspects of theater performance in a classroom setting with an entire team of degreed professional instructors. Our Theatre experience is a 12-16 week theatre class experience with a performance! Because we are not a Community Theater there is a fee to participate.

Little Broadway (5.5 -7yrs) 75 minutes weekly
This class is a great way to introduce performers ages 5-7yrs to the excitement of musical theater! Students will love bringing all the fun of singing, dancing and acting together in each class. Each class will include vocal warm ups and acting exercises in addition to teaching basic musical theater jazz dance choreography. also introduces accents, stage direction and improvisation in a fun and age appropriate way. Props and costume pieces will enhance the experience as the future stars bring their skills to life!

​Acting (8 yrs-17yrs) divided by ages / ability 60 minutes - This class consist of all aspects of acting, including monologue's, character analysis, stage directions, theatre games, skits, one acts, plays.
